SUMO KICK ROUTINE | RUTINA PARA PIERNAS
•Raise your knee to the front | Levanta tu rodilla al frente
•Move it in a circular roundhouse | Muévela hacia un lado circularmente
•Lift your leg and kick out | Levanta tu pierna y patea hacia afuera
• Land our to the side and squat down. Al bajar haz una sentadilla en forma de sumo
Alternate with your left leg and do at least 10 reps x 3 sets | Repite al menos 10 veces x tres sets
Your legs and butt will burn!!!
